Hilary Duff Diet Tip

Hilary Duff attributes her outstanding physique to cutting French Fries out of her diet altogether.

Duff says, "I've made myself be really good for the last couple of months. I used to be obsessed with French fries. Like I'm the biggest French fry person in the world. I could eat French fries all day.

This Frieless diet certainly seems to have worked out for the Actress / singer and it shows everywhere that the papparazzi are snapping pictures of Hilary Duff

"I've been eating a little bit all throughout the day and I saw such a big difference so fast! Now I'm like, 'Yes, this is awesome!' And I'm still full all the time."

But Duff insists she'll never become a waif, adding, "I think it's feminine to not be so skinny. I like to look normal and I think it's also important for girls who look up to me to see that."

hilary duff is my idol. lol but umm.. how can she say that she thinks its feminine to not be so skinny when shes lost like 40 lbs and looks like shes anorexic? that makes a hell of a lotta sense. she really is my idol, im like obsessed but she looked SO much better 6 months ago..

I`m a Hilary Duff fan, i`ve been on a very strict vegan diet my entire life (17 years). AND I AM ANOREXIC! ...so how come shes thinner then me??? this whole Hilary Duff `diet` thing is strange, there has to be drugs involved!

Im sorry, I think Hill was very pretty before, and I like skinny girls too... But she looks like she is strung out and she looks unhealthy. There is nothing wrong with being thin or maintianing a healthy diet, but this is above and beyond and it isnt physically possible to lose a massive amount of weight just by cutting out french fries and adding a low impact workout!! I have dieted and been in and out of anorexic behavior my whole life, I can tell you from experience, she is hurting herself.

Hilary duff, is pretty and healthy and i love her because of that I beleive that cutting out french fries would work plenty enough to make her lose all that weight especially if she was eating them everyday. She was pretty and thin before but now she is still thin and pretty. She is the same person and i love her because of that as i said before...xoxoxoxoxo

i think hillary duff rox and she is pretty still that is how people should look if they are very healthy my mom uses the same methode. and you can get skinny by just eating food throughout the day like snacks like eating vegetables and fruit not so much carbs or bread and i still think you rock hillary xoxoxo

I think it`s odd how people can jump into conclusions without knowing the facts. Most celebrities lose weight, because of the hollywood image "inferiorities" if you`re an actress or a singer of course you`ll be competitive in maintaining your image. If a person loves the way they look, they wouldn`t care what people think. It`s a crazy world everyone! I think Hilary looks good the way she is. She has a positive attitude and doesn`t seem provocative. A real person has morals and goals, and reaches them. I admire her for not being like lindsay lohan and britney spears. They have a lot of personal issues. As for us fans, everyone has there own opinion. Well this is mine.
