Why A Programmer's Diet?

More and more people around the world are turning from other areas to the net. This is great news for the computer programming industry, and in turn many programmers are able to find more employment opportunities. Some even are able to do their most professional work right inside of their own homes!
Home based business is an excellent alternative for most people if they are lucky enough to have that option. Once you get your "home office" started, it is common to end up arranging items in the most efficient places possible so that your work time can be maximized. There is one aspect that most home based professionals tend not to take into account.

That is the fact that they will most likely be spending a great majority of their time inside that office and at some point during their workday they will be faced with a grave decision. They will have to figure out if it is more important to work just a little more and ignore the hunger pains, grab a quick bag of chips, or order out. I mean, when people are in charge (directly) of how much money they can earn, they will generally ignore even those hunger pangs for just a few more hours worth of work, or they will find that quick fix that inevitably ends up being the highest of caloric values.
On top of that, sitting in front of a computer for most of your life really is NOT the best exercise program out there. So apparently, there is a serious need for some logical answer. For a great idea, check out my idea of the PERFECT Programmer's Diet.
